As the manager of the TTT restaurant, Carlos López, tells us, they decided to go for Yelow because of the confidence it inspired in them. -Tartar and tatakis (offering different styles of preparation and cuts of bluefin tuna and beef among other top quality products).

The CEIGE, Circle of Companies in Expansion and Internationalization of Granada Económica, is formed by 19 companies from Granada and celebrated its first anniversary last February 2017. The objective of the same, is to turn the companies that comprise it, into a reference in expansion and internationalization in Granada.

Yelow has fully equipped the new kiosk in Jaén Park.

In the Parque de la Concordia in Jaén is the Quiosco del Parque establishment, which has been completely renovated by the hotel and home supplies firm Yelow.

The new concessionaire company has opted for the complete renovation of this space for which it has relied on Yelow. It has been a comprehensive project that includes all the kitchen machinery, kitchenware, interior bar area and decoration of the entire space, in short, the complete equipment of the well-known Quiosco del Parque.

From half past seven in the morning until closing at night it offers breakfast, tapas, rations, snacks, … In this establishment customers can taste rich dishes of local cuisine, with a careful presentation and in a pleasant atmosphere. The decoration is completely new, giving it a more modern and current air.

The result of this collaboration of the new managers with Yelow has been a success. “We knew their track record, it is a renowned company and we were looking forward to working with them, we have been very satisfied,” says the manager of the Kiosk in the Park.

The Fushion Restaurant stands out for having one of our star elements, a Majestic kitchen, designed and elaborated according to the client’s requirements.

The Majestic, lacquered in red, is about 8 meters long, becoming the main attraction of the restaurant. It is characterized by elements such as grills, barbecues and woks. It is presented as a fully visible kitchen, in which the customer is part of the whole process of elaboration in the kitchen. That is why the smoke extraction system that accompanies it is efficient enough so that customers can enjoy the “show” without having to worry about anything. without having to worry about anything else.

This sophisticated hotel offers its guests 174 rooms in 12 unique categories to select from. On this occasion, we have worked in some of the thematic restaurants the hotels offers, such as: Irish, Trattoria, Caribbean, Caffeterie – Bakery – Ice cream shop, “Tío Paco” Tabern and Fushion Restaurant.

Regarding the last mentioned “Restaurant Fushion”, it is worth noting its Majestic kitchen. This red lacquered 8 meters long kitchen has turned into the main attraction feature in the restaurant. Its focal components are grills and woks. It is presented as a completely open concept kitchen where the clients are involved with the whole cooking experience, reason why, this kitchen is equipped with a highly efficient full exhaust extraction system so that the clients can enjoy the “spectacle” comfortably.

Gaytan by Javier Aranda

Javier Aranda, the young and promising Spanish chef, who already has a Michelin Star to his credit, has just opened his second restaurant in Madrid, Gaytan.

To do so, he joined forces with Pilsa and we both achieved a real success. Gaytan is one of the most spectacular restaurants visually speaking that we have elaborated so far, and the elements used are not for less…

A bar composed of a champagne bar with smoke effect, welcomes diners, followed by a wine cellar fully integrated into the restaurant. Both designed and manufactured entirely by Pilsa.

The most outstanding part of Gaytan is undoubtedly the kitchen. Being an open-plan restaurant, it is fully integrated into the space, without glass or any kind of separator between the dining room and the kitchen.

The Majestic kitchen designed and prepared by Pilsa to the taste of Javier Aranda, is located in the center of the space, delighting both the chef and his customers and allowing them to be part of the whole process. The gastronomic experience at Gaytan is enjoyed with all five senses.

Owning a kitchen like the Majestic not only provides the chef with the convenience of adapting to his needs, but also gives the restaurant a personal and innovative touch.

But we had a challenge. Being an open-plan kitchen, as we have pointed out above, we had to avoid any kind of constructive element, so the kitchen is equipped with a filtering roof, so that in the cooking area is guaranteed total and balanced ventilation of the kitchen.

The rest of the kitchen support elements, such as auxiliary tables, are equipped with materials such as Dekton and Silestone, which adapt perfectly to the line that the chef wanted to follow in his establishment from the beginning.

Javier Aranda, the famous Spanish Chef, who has one Michelin Star, has just opened his second restaurant in Madrid, Gaytán.

A bar counter made with a smoke effect bottle display, welcomes its guests, followed by a fully integrated wine cellar. Both entirety designed and manufactured by Pilsa.

Above all, we can highlight the kitchen which Pilsa has designed, elaborated and installed. It is the real protagonist at Gaytan, without a doubt. It is completely integrated into the space, no crystals or any separating element between customers and cooks.

The kitchen Majestic allows clients to be participants of the whole food process. For this reason, Gaytán clients enjoy a gastronomic experience with all their senses. Having a kitchen like the majestic not only allows chef adapted comfort to his needs, but also to give the restaurant the sophistication and innovative style.

Furthermore, avoiding any kind of constructive element, the kitchen is equipped with a filter roof to ensure the complete ventilation of the Kitchen.

The other elements of the kitchen, like support tables, are equipped of Dekton and Silestone materials, which adapt perfectly to the kitchen line.

Are you planning to visit Madrid soon?

Well, don’t forget to visit the new gastronomic space that chef Alberto Chicote has just opened in El Corte Inglés in Puerta del Sol. Puertalsol Tavern.

Together with the collaboration of the TV chef, Pilsadesigned and fully equipped the kitchen of this new project, which has turned out to be a real success.

This concludes the 2nd project carried out with the famous chef after our previous collaboration in the restaurant Yakitoro by Chicote, inaugurated last February.

New Vithas La Salud Hospital

The new Vithas Hospital La Salud opened its doors on May 30 in Granada, becoming the most innovative private hospital in the province and one of the most modern in the country.

On this occasion, Pilsa has participated directly in this project through the installation of several zones.

This is a simple installation, through the installation of a cafeteria/self-service. This consists of a preparation and cooking area for the cafeteria/self-service area. Cold preparation room with cold storage and storage area, as well as a washing and merchandise reception area.

New Vithas La Salud Hospital in Granada opened its doors last 30th May. In this way, it has become into the most modern and innovative private hospital at a provincial and national level.

Having said that, Pilsa has participated on this project directly through installing several areas such as a self-service area, which is composed of a cold kitchen and hot kitchen area. Chiller and freezing room and storage had been installed as well. Finally, dishwashing area and receiving goods area are the places which conclude the project.
