GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
This contractual document governs the purchase relationship between the user (hereinafter, “the Client”) and the selling company Yelow Cash S.L.U., through the website www.pilsa.com, operated under the Pilsa brand, owned by Pilsa Hostelería Técnica S.L.U.
Acceptance of this document implies that the Client:
– Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
– Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
– Assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

Yelow Cash S.L.U. is a Spanish trading company wholly owned by Pilsa Hostelería Técnica S.L.U., which holds the domain “www.pilsa.com” and the trademark “Pilsa.”
2. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the legal relationship between Yelow Cash S.L.U. and the Client at the moment the latter makes a purchase through the website www.pilsa.com.
The sale implies the delivery of one or more products in exchange for a determined price, in accordance with these terms and, if not specified, the applicable Spanish laws and regulations.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND CURRENCY
The products offered on the website are available for delivery exclusively within mainland Spain.
The currency used in all transactions is the euro (€).
4. PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES AND INVOICING
Yelow Cash S.L.U. is legally responsible for all sales operations, invoicing, customer service, and warranties.
The commercial use of the Pilsa brand does not imply that Pilsa Hostelería Técnica S.L.U. acts as the seller. The latter holds only the brand and domain of the website.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of each product are described on its corresponding page. Images and colors are indicative and may differ from the actual product. If in doubt, the Client may contact customer service before purchase.
6. PURCHASE PROCESS
The Client may make a purchase:
– As a registered user, by first creating a personal account.
– As a guest, without prior registration.
In both cases, the Client must expressly accept these conditions and the privacy policy before completing the purchase.
The contract will be finalized with the sending of a confirmation email including the order summary and, if applicable, the invoice in electronic or paper format, depending on the Client's selection.
7. ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the Client within a maximum of three business days (excluding weekends and holidays), unless there is a stock issue or logistical incident, in which case the Client will be informed and offered an alternative or refund.
Shipping costs are as follows:
– Free for orders over €199 (excluding VAT)
– €20 + VAT for lower amounts
Delivery is considered completed when the transport company makes the order available to the Client.
Yelow Cash S.L.U. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect data provided or repeated absences at the address (2 attempts).
8. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are made by credit or debit card in a secure environment. The charge is processed through a bank gateway with validation from the card issuer.
The purchase is not considered effective until payment is confirmed.
Yelow Cash S.L.U. will issue an invoice in the Client’s name, in either electronic or paper format.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client may withdraw fully or partially from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order, during which time the Client must return the purchased products in perfect condition.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
– Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and properly protected.
– The direct cost of the return is borne by the Client.
– Returns sent postage due will not be accepted.
– In case of partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
– Refunds will be made via the same payment method used, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Yelow Cash, S.L.U. reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products are received and their condition verified.
Exceptions to withdrawal (Art. 103 LGDCU):
– Personalized, perishable goods, sealed items for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, or items inseparably mixed with other products.
– Services fully executed with the user’s consent.

10. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ERROR
In case of defective product or incorrect delivery, the Client must notify us within 24 hours of receipt to manage a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
The return will be made after product verification, and the refund will be processed via the same payment method unless otherwise indicated by the Client.
If the product cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
11. LEGAL WARRANTIES
All sold products are covered by a legal warranty from the time of delivery: three (3) years as per Royal Decree Law 7/2021 for final consumer clients, and one (1) year for companies and self-employed individuals.
Damages due to misuse or normal wear are excluded.
To invoke the warranty, the Client may contact customer service.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute:
– If the Client is a company, both parties submit to the Courts of Granada.
– If the Client is a consumer, the court of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
