What is more Granada than a tapa? This June 18 is World Tapas Day, a symbol of Spanish gastronomy that in Granada is an icon. In fact, the Spanish Ministry of Culture has initiated the process for ‘Las Tapas’ to be considered a Representative Manifestation of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Undoubtedly, a title that would be an accolade to the good work of so many restaurateurs and suppliers that every day offer their best products to the public.
