We are in the first month of this new 2020 and the resolutions are still intact. That’s why this time we are going to talk about having a plan to take care of yourself and forget the Christmas pounds that are almost impossible to avoid. DASH. An approach to the world of whole foods, also controlling salt, an indispensable element on our table but which should be used in moderation.
Scandinavian. Although its name comes from Northern Europe, it focuses on quality local products and foods such as berries, cabbage, mushrooms and seaweed.
Atlantic. Local, seasonal foods, and above all lots of water. Similar to the Mediterranean diet.
Okinawa. Forget animals and go for vegetables, algae and cereals.
Anti-inflammatory. More fish than meat, nuts and seeds.
