Sanctuary Cap Cana is a 5-star All Inclusive Adults Only hotel designed along a stretch of white sandy beach, and only 15 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport. This sophisticatedly designed hotel offers guests 174 rooms in 12 unique categories to choose from, with 3 architectural styles: Spanish Colonial, Caribbean Villas, and The Castle Suites.

On this occasion we have worked in several of the themed restaurants located in the same. Irish, Trattoria, Caribbean, Cafeteria – Pastry – Ice Cream, Tavern “Tio Paco” and Fushion Restaurant.

The Fushion Restaurant stands out for having one of our star elements, a Majestic kitchen, designed and elaborated according to the client’s requirements.

The Majestic, lacquered in red, is about 8 meters long, becoming the main attraction of the restaurant. It is characterized by elements such as grills, barbecues and woks. It is presented as a fully visible kitchen, in which the customer is part of the whole process of elaboration in the kitchen. That is why the smoke extraction system that accompanies it is efficient enough so that customers can enjoy the “show” without having to worry about anything. without having to worry about anything else.

On this occasion, we have worked in some of the thematic restaurants the hotels offers, such as: Irish, Trattoria, Caribbean, Caffeterie – Bakery – Ice cream shop, “Tío Paco” Tabern and Fushion Restaurant.

Regarding the last mentioned “Restaurant Fushion”, it is worth noting its Majestic kitchen. This red lacquered 8 meters long kitchen has turned into the main attraction feature in the restaurant. Its focal components are grills and woks. It is presented as a completely open concept kitchen where the clients are involved with the whole cooking experience, reason why, this kitchen is equipped with a highly efficient full exhaust extraction system so that the clients can enjoy the “spectacle” comfortably.

Hotel Camiral & Pilsa

Another project added to Pilsa’s portfolio. Last May concluded the refurbishment of what until recently has been the Hotel Resort PGA Girona, now called PGA Camiral Hotel. For those of you who don’t know it, it has been chosen as the best golf course in Spain, and the truth is that its facilities are not for less. On this occasion, Pilsa has contributed to the refurbishment of this Resort together with Tricon Foodservices Consultants UK. Together with them and their technical specifications, Pilsa has developed an economic offer that shortly after, was carried out.

Among the reforms carried out, we can start with the kitchen (Main Kitchen), which has been completely adapted to the needs of the hotel, and where Pilsa has developed and installed a central refrigeration unit. In the restaurant, the buffet has been completely refurbished, which now has a more modern and innovative line, as can be seen in the following photograph.

The buffet is composed of an innovative system of hot and cold tracks, as well as a wine cellar, fully integrated into the buffet, which in turn provides a wonderful view in the restaurant itself. As for the Lobby Bar, it is a complete installation carried out by the aforementioned consultants, who have managed to combine in a significant way both the needs of the hotel and its specifications.

Last but not least, there is the Pool Bar, with an integrated kitchen fully prepared by Pilsa.

In early October of this year, the Banquet kitchen is scheduled to be expanded to serve as a fully integrated celebration area.

Another Project has been joined to Pilsa portfolio. Last May finished the reform of PGA hotel, which calls PGA Camiral Hotel since then.

For those who don’t know about this hotel, it has been recognized as one of the best golf clubs in Spain, as evidenced by its excellent facilities. Besides being one of the best golf clubs in Europe, it is a luxurious hotel resort as well.

On this occasion, Pilsa has worked hand-to-hand with Tricon Foodservices Consultants Uk in order to unite economic and technical efforts in this amazing project. Among the reforms carried out we can highlight the main kitchen where Pilsa has elaborated and installed a control compressor rack. In the restaurant place we have entirely remodeled the buffet area. Now it shows more modern and innovative lines, as you can see in the photos bellow.

This buffet contains some developments such as hot and refrigerated plates as well as a wine cellar which is totally integrated in the restaurant. This, in turn, offers an excellent sight of the restaurant itself. Regarding the lobby bar, it is a complete installation of Tricon Foodservice Consultants Uk who has known how to join the needs and the requirements of the hotel.

Last but not least, we can find the Pool Bar which has a kitchen entirely made by Pilsa completely.

By the beginning of October, the hotel plans to expand its facilities with a Banquet kitchen, which will contain an integrated kitchen and where different events will take place.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun Project

Last March, Pilsa had the pleasure of completing one of its latest projects in Mexico, specifically in Cancun for the Hyatt hotel chain.

We are referring to the hotel complex“Hyatt Ziva Cancun”.

We take care of the manufacture, equipment and installation of buffets (cold and show cooking) and restaurants in different environments.

Among them, the American Dinner (a “50’s” style American hamburger restaurant that even includes a Cadillac used as a table for customers), Asian restaurant (which includes one of the two 14-meter tepanyaki plates that Pilsa has manufactured exclusively for the complex, as well as a spectacular kitchen), Tequila restaurant, Pool Bar, Grill restaurant, Coffee-Desert Brew House (a dessert, chocolate and ice cream lounge that leaves no one indifferent thanks to the colorful decoration), Italian restaurant (where we have incorporated two ovens for pizzas, which are used as a table for the guests), Coffee-Desert Brew House (a dessert, chocolate and ice cream lounge that leaves no one indifferent thanks to its colorful decoration), Italian Restaurant (where we have incorporated two really incredible pizza ovens, not only for their design, but also for their functionality and quality), French restaurant and the great novelty, a Cevichería, which until now had not been manufactured or installed by our company.

The two 14-meter long slabs, which Pilsa has manufactured for the first time for this complex, have been a real success.

All designed and manufactured by Pilsa according to the latest trends in the sector and with the latest in technology and sophistication. In this way we have managed to combine design, style and functionality, to offer both our customer and the final consumer, the best of experiences.

Last March Pilsa had the pleasure to finish one of our latest projects in Mexico, particularly in Cancun.

It is the Resort Hotel“Hyatt Ziva Cancun”.

Pilsa took care of the equipment and development of buffets (cold and show cooking) and different restaurants.

This includes an American diner (a burger restaurant style of the 50s which has a Cadillac as a table), an Asian restaurant which includes one of the two 14 meters “tepanyakis” griddles that Pilsa has made and an open kitchen. These griddles have been elaborated exclusively for the resort. A tequila restaurant, a pool bar, a grill restaurant and an Italian restaurant where we have installed two incredible, functional and good quality ovens.

Also you can find a coffee shop called Coffee-Desert Brew House where you can enjoy a whole variety of chocolates, desserts and ice-creams with an eye-catching decoration. A French restaurant and finally, the great novelty, the “cevicheria”. This is so because as for now Pilsa has not elaborated anything similar.

As mentioned above, two 14 meters griddles have been developed by Pilsa for the first time, and they have been a real success.

All of these have been produced and designed by our company according to the latest trends in the sector and advances in technology and sophistication. This way has brought us the opportunity to unite design, style and functionality to offer our client and end consumer the best experiences.
