Yelow has become a benchmark in the hospitality industry | One of his recent commissions has been the TTT restaurant.

As the manager of the TTT restaurant, Carlos López, tells us, they decided to go for Yelow because of the confidence it inspired in them. They opened on January 4 and have earned a place among the innovative places. Their gastronomic offer is the identity of the establishment (TTT) based on dishes to share segmented in three thematic groups:

-Tetando: dishes of traditional Andalusian cuisine (artichoke flower on a bed of pistachios, flamenquín, croquettes of different styles, low-temperature octopus, patatas bravas, beef tenderloin…).

-Tables: gourmet offer ideal as an accompaniment to wines and/or beers from our cellar (Iberian ham with fried almonds, Sendra sausage, Cantabrian anchovies on bread with olive oil, tables of pates and assorted cheeses, lomo en orza, asparagus tips with ajonegro aioli…).

-Tartar and tatakis (offering different styles of preparation and cuts of bluefin tuna and beef among other top quality products).

All this in a warm and cozy atmosphere, combining vintage style with modern touches respecting the fine materials (wood, glass, brick …). According to this style incorporates a set of lights and sound that changes throughout the day to create different environments that invite you to enjoy from a quiet lunch or dinner with background music, to modern and lively to share a cocktail or cocktail with good music today.

All this has been possible thanks to the collaboration with Yelow, which has provided all the kitchenware supply, and has collaborated in the design and installation of part of the kitchen and bar machinery and accessories.
